Strength and conditioning is a crucial part to the success of any athlete. The ability to be physically dominant on the field in addition to skill is what will separate players. 
SSA and Private Strength Training​Coach Ali Andrzejewski runs the winter SSA (Strength, Speed, and Agility) classes beginning in February. Dr. Zach Mitchell runs all private, small group, and advanced classes year-round as well as our high school strength program in the summer. Dr. Zach is a physical therapist who integrates his advanced knowledge of the body and injury risk reduction with his vast knowledge of strength and conditioning training. Dr. Zach was on the strength and conditioning staff at Loyola College and has more certifications in this field than you can count (listed below)! 
Classes are currently held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
